Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Manager (Chartered Accountant) to lead the companys overall finance and accounting operations from our Head Office in Mumbai.

The Accounts Manager will oversee statutory compliances, taxation, audits, invoicing accuracy, and financial reporting for Relomi Corporate Services LLP and its operations across multiple cities. The role involves close supervision of client invoicing, collections, and bank reconciliations to ensure error-free financial records and cash flow accuracy.

This position requires deep expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, LLP regulations, and audit procedures, as well as the ability to lead a team of accountants across various project locations and ensure unified financial control at the head-office level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance for the LLP and all its branches.
• Lead and mentor the Head Office and city-level accounting teams ensuring uniform accounting practices.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns, and manage annual GST reconciliation and audits.
• Ensure timely filing of annual returns and LLP-related compliances.
• Supervise and review client invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy, avoid duplication, and maintain clear documentation.
• Conduct regular reviews of invoice data, client statements, and outstanding balances for collections.
• Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure alignment between ledgers and actual bank positions.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense allocations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budget vs. actual analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for tax assessments and audits.
• Manage cash flow, cost control, and forecasting for all business verticals.
• Ensure implementation of internal financial controls, documentation standards, and audit readiness.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, GST notifications, and LLP-related compliance requirements.
• Provide management with financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 510 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and LLP statutory norms.
• Proven experience in client invoicing management and bank reconciliation oversight.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-location teams and meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong compliance and documentation discipline.
