Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and growing business in assigned corporate hospitals by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving brand penetration, and ensuring achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, purchase departments, and hospital administration in corporate hospitals.
Identify business opportunities and ensure product availability and visibility in assigned accounts.
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Execute marketing and brand-building activities within hospital setups.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth order execution and query resolution.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce; MBA preferred.
2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in corporate/ institutional business.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
