The Project Planning Manager plays a crucial role in the Real Estate industry by overseeing and managing all aspects of project planning and execution. This position requires a strategic thinker with at least 10 years of experience in project management within the Real Estate sector. *Key Responsibilities of Role

  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and make critical decisions that impact project timelines and outcomes.

  • Lead and motivate project teams to foster a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by optimizing project processes, identifying best practices, and implementing tools for effective project management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements to make informed decisions and recommendations.

*Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering,Construction Management, NICMAR.
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Real Estate Development is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the Real Estate industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and stakeholders.

Certification required

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
