Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in advanced scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and critical path analysis.

The Scheduler will be responsible for implementing project planning and scheduling strategies, coordinating the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), and promoting the overall integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the program suite of project schedules.

Additionally, the Scheduler will provide interface and quality assurance to project functional groups and contractors regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance, preparing staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports, and conducting required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project program status reports as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, preferably with project management or construction management certification from a reputable institute.
  • At least 8 years of work experience in project management, with demonstrated career growth graph.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of project management, including expertise in advanced scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and critical path analysis.
  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and organize multiple sources of schedule inputs and performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project program status reports as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships with project teams.
  • Expert experience level using project scheduling tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and PowerPoint.
