Project Planning Coordinator

The role of a Project Planner is critical in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling various project activities to meet predefined objectives.
As a Project Planning Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Developing and managing project schedules using specialized software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project;
- Preparing work breakdown structures (WBS) and project baselines to ensure clear understanding of project scope and objectives;
- Tracking progress of various project activities and reporting deviations from planned timelines;
- Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration;
- Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive analysis and resolution;
- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address project issues and delays;
- Conducting regular project reviews to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future enhancements;
In order to excel in this role, you will require a strong background in project management principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as experience working on similar projects, would be highly beneficial.
