Job Title: Planning & Budgeting Lead

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai, India

Department: Construction Planning & Budgeting

Job Summary

The Planning Lead will oversee all project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities within existing under-construction projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves creating strategic schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The Planning Lead will play a critical role in supporting the company's objectives by delivering efficient project plans and managing risks effectively.

Qualifications


• Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in project planning & budgeting within the Indian construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.


• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a similar project management certification, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies


• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in scheduling and planning. Knowledge of Indian construction regulations. Exposure and usage of software tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) would be an added advantage, not mandatory.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in managing and motivating teams, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.


• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - 14 to 22 years into Construction Planning & Budgeting.
