Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Development Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of school campus development and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in civil engineering and project planning, with strong experience in the educational infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  2. Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables.
  3. Establish baseline schedules and monitor project progress against planned timelines.
  4. Identify potential delays and propose corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
  5. Support resource planning, budgeting, and cost estimation for new school projects or expansions.
  6. Track materials, labor, and equipment requirements; ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  7. Generate regular reports on project progress, risks, and deviations for senior management.
  8. Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety norms during construction.
  9. Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a planning engineer in infrastructure, preferably in educational or institutional projects.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple school projects across locations.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and school-related infrastructure norms is an asset.
