Role Description – Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Planning (Brownfield & Greenfield Projects)

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, focused on Brownfield expansions and Greenfield facility development projects within the Project Management Office (PMO).

The Planning professional will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, and controls across large-scale capital initiatives. The role requires balancing discipline with adaptability to deliver projects efficiently, within defined frameworks, while supporting the company's growth and transformation journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and managing integrated project schedules using Primavera/MS Project.

Planning and controlling capital projects, facility expansions, and new builds (Brownfield & Greenfield).

Coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, validation, EHS, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitoring project milestones, analyzing deviations, and implementing corrective measures to meet timelines and budgets.

Supporting PMO dashboards, analytics, and reporting through tools such as Qlik Sense, Procore, and AI-driven tools.

Driving risk assessment, governance, and reporting discipline aligned with PMO standards.

Bringing creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to deliver excellence within structured frameworks.


Qualifications

3–7 years of proven experience in Project Planning & Control, preferably with Brownfield and Greenfield capital projects.

Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, and project control methodologies.

Familiarity with PMO digital tools such as Qlik Sense, Procore, and AI generative tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.

Prior exposure to pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environments is highly desirable.

Hands-on, process-oriented mindset with creativity and adaptability to deliver excellence within structured frameworks.
