We are seeking a Tele Sales Executive (Female) to join our team in Bhubaneswar. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Expertise in using lead generation tools to identify and obtain potential customer leads effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce to support the sales team's objectives and track progress systematically.
  • Ability to devise and implement customer retention strategies that foster long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, manage spreadsheets, and present information professionally.
  • Strong understanding of cold calling techniques to engage with prospects and convert them into customers. (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid negotiation skills to close sales and drive revenue growth effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven telemarketing ability to pitch products and services to a wide audience. (Mandatory skill)
