Role Overview

We are looking for a Vendor Management Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience who can support sourcing, coordination, and vendor relations for R&D materials, components, and operational requirements. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to grow in procurement and supply chain management within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard reliable vendors for lab consumables, R&D components, mechanical parts, and services.
  • Obtain and compare quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, and finance) to understand purchase needs and specifications.
  • Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation.
  • Support in vendor performance evaluation and feedback collection.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery delays.
  • Maintain clear communication with vendors and ensure compliance with company procurement processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics) or Business / Supply Chain Management.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or vendor coordination (internship experience can be considered).
  • Good understanding of technical materials or lab procurement is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
