Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Manager - PropCare based in Gurugram. The Vendor Manager will oversee vendor management, including contract negotiation, procurement, and contract execution. The role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring efficient processes, and managing day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will also monitor vendor performance and align services with organizational goals to ensure high-quality property management services.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor efficiency and optimize property management operations.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management to ensure beneficial partnerships with vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain effective collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor evaluation for effective service delivery.
  • A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Degree or experience relevant to property management, real estate, or business administration is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with property management services and real estate market trends is preferred.
