Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Vendor Management & Repair & Maintenance position. The candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing procurement, contract negotiation, and ensuring effective contract management. Additional responsibilities include coordinating repair and maintenance activities, monitoring property performance, and providing updates through personalized dashboards to our users.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating vendors and property performance
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Effective Communication skills for vendor and client interactions
  • Experience in Procurement processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Relevant experience in real estate or property management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
