Position Profile: Sales LeadLocation: PuneThis position entails the strategic pursuit of targeted revenue growth across a diverse range of product categories, alongside the cultivation of a highly engaged and high-performing workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for advancing talent development, promoting employee satisfaction, unlocking organizational growth potential, and establishing a comprehensive succession planning framework. The ideal candidate will possess extensive, hands-on experience in overseeing multi-brand sales, operational functions, partner performance, and brand relationship management, all aimed at driving operational excellence.

This role demands close collaboration with business leaders to design and implement a strategic growth roadmap that firmly positions the company as the Provider of Choice. This role entails:crafting strategic plans that are closely aligned with the organization's broader vision and long-term goals. Lead the development and execution of Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), targeting both revenue growth and cost optimization to achieve desired financial outcomes.

Responsibilities include formulating market expansion and coverage strategies that support category-specific objectives. Establish and monitor quarterly and monthly targets, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain momentum. Leveraging deep insights into market trends and customer behavior, the role will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, innovating across channels, and driving improvements in sales effectiveness.

Building and nurturing strong partnerships with both existing and prospective brands will be essential, alongside maintaining a keen awareness of competitive movements to enable timely and strategic responses. Effective collaboration with Category and Central Support teams will be critical to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across all business initiatives. Essentials :A full-time post-graduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed B-School.8 to 10 years of relevant experience in industries such as FMCG, Telecom, Internet, or B2B E-commerce.
