Tele sales Manager/Team lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.

2. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

3. Training and Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for the tele sales team to enhance their skills.
  • Ensure that team members are up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on tele sales performance, highlighting key metrics and
  • achievements.
  • Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Managerial role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
