Position: Sales Officer
Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Department: Sales General Trade
Location: Chennai (TN)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver sales targets in defined market/geography
- Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market/geography
- Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
- Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution & trade relationships
- Leveraging Sales Automation Tools to provide structured, logical, relevant & organized information to ISRs & utilizing for growth & productivity
- Ensuring implementation and effective utilization of Dealer Management System (DMS) at channel partners.
- Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines
- Manage given infrastructure through regular meetings with distributors, retailers and off-roll sales representatives
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Any Graduate
Experience
- Minimum 2-12 years of hardcore sales experience in FMCG/similar industry in GT business.
- Should have handled a diverse team of Salesman/ISR across different locations.
