Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Relationship Officer. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, providing financial guidance, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks will include identifying potential customers, conducting meetings and presentations, and assisting students with their education financing needs. The officer will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Business Relationship Management and Sales
  • Expertise in Finance and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in the education or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
