Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor, based in Chennai. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage reservations. The role also involves training and supervising front office staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and ability to train and manage staff effectively
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and complaints
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hotel front office experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
