Minimum years of Experience & Qualification:
· 4– 6 years in Digital marketing profile managing campaigns end-to-end
· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite,
Google Analytics).
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Industry Background: Digital media firm /channel partners / media house / advertising agency /other online platforms
Key Responsibility Areas:
Social Media Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and enhances customer engagement.
· Identify trends and opportunities to create relevant and compelling content that resonates with our diverse audience.
Content Creation and Management:
· Create, curate, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, third-party platforms etc.).
· Collaborate with the creative teams/agencies & designers to produce high-quality visuals,videos, and graphics.
Community Engagement:
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews across social media
channels in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
· Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
· Utilize SEO and paid advertising strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our website and locations.
Online Reputation Management:
· Tracking online reviews/ comments & queries wherever our business name is mentioned viz.
Facebook, Instagram, Google, X. Responding to all comments / queries/ reviews.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Analyze social media metrics and digital campaign performance to measure success and optimize strategies.
· Prepare regular reports on social media performance, engagement metrics, and customer feedback.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, culinary, and operations, to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance our digital marketing efforts
· Enhance brand awareness and visibility through effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
· Industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates and Display campaigns focusing on transactions. Soft skills:
