We are looking for an experiencednbsp;Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Promoting products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential that becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be wellversed in digital marketing concepts and how the Internet can become a solid asset for securing growing revenue. You will be techsavvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
Organisation: A reputed and fastgrowing chain of luxury spa and skincare clinics, spread across Bangalore, Mumbai and Mangalore

Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Management: plan, execute and monitor the digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEM and display advertising.
  • Create compelling content and visuals for campaigns to attract target audiences and drive engagement
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand and business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the organizations social media accounts on all platforms
  • Contribute to the creation of relevant and valuable content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos etc., to attract and retain target audience.
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the website
  • Develop and execute email marketing to nurture leads, retain customers and promote productsservices
  • Regularly analyze digital marketing campaign performances using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing reports
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools and best practices to ensure the organisation stays ahead in the competitive landscape
Requirements and skills
  • 3 Years in Social Media Marketing for a consumer brand product or service
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEOSEM
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools e.g., DART, Atlas
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BScBA in marketing or relevant field
Location : Bangalore, Mumbai Salary : Up to 8 LPA
