Role Summary

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Your role includes content planning, posting, growth, engagement, trends, campaigns, and collaborations.

This is a
high-ownership role
where your ideas directly shape how millions perceive our brand.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage, grow, and optimize EnglishBhashi's presence across major social platforms.
  • Create and execute monthly/weekly content calendars.
  • Collaborate with video editors, designers, and AI tools to produce reels, shorts, posts, carousels, and stories.
  • Identify trends, hooks, and viral formats to maximize reach and impressions.
  • Write compelling copy for social posts and brand communication.
  • Execute paid promotions when needed (basic performance knowledge is a bonus).
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions) and optimize strategies.
  • Work with the community team to convert social followers into active users.
  • Manage collaborations with influencers and creators.
  • Experiment with AI-driven marketing workflows (content generation, automation, analytics).

Required skills

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to create, curate, and publish high-quality content.
  • Understanding of audience psychology, trends, and storytelling.
  • Good copywriting skills — captions, hooks, CTAs.
  • Basic understanding of reels/shorts editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.).
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.)
  • Huge plus: Experience using AI tools for content generation or automation.
