Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Siliguri. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and managing social media content across platforms to promote TripFactory's brand and offerings. Responsibilities include monitoring social media trends, engaging with online communities, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media activities with marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and experience with Social Media Content Creation
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and strategies
  • Background in Marketing with the ability to develop innovative campaigns
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage audiences and collaborate across teams
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and a solid understanding of metrics
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in travel or e-commerce sectors is a plus
