Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves strategizing and managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement. The selected candidate will handle digital marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across platforms, while also ensuring clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders to execute marketing goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration and messaging
  • Analytical skills for reviewing metrics and improving campaign performance
  • Understanding of branding and audience engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus
