Percoyo is a digital transformation consultancy offering services in digital marketing, design, technology, and strategy. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help enhance our clients' online presence.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Media Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in managing and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and more. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of current social media trends, content strategies, and engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media platforms.
  • Manage daily posting and interactions on company and client social handles.
  • Work closely with the design team to produce creative visuals and video content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and emerging trends.
  • Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) – basic knowledge expected.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of content strategy, hashtags, and audience engagement.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
