About The Role
We are seeking a creative and analytical SMO Specialist to manage and optimize our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and traffic through effective use of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement SMO strategies to boost brand awareness and online presence.

Manage, optimize, and grow company profiles across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and other platforms.

Create engaging, shareable, and high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, stories).

Conduct keyword and hashtag research to improve discoverability.

Monitor analytics, track performance, and prepare regular reports.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.

Requirements
Proven experience in Social Media Optimization/Management.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics.

Excellent communication and creative content skills.

Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with related field.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Experience with testing and performance tracking.
