Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focused Sales Approach: Achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Architect & Interior Designer Onboarding: Identify, connect, and build partnerships with architects and interior designers to expand the client base. Significant architects to be onboarded monthly basis.
• Client & Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering excellent service throughout the project lifecycle i.e. from lead generation to execution.
• Market Analysis & Business Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, track competitor activities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Provide timely responses to client inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, fostering trust in Tulio's expertise, products, and services.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the Design and Production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, including timely dispatch and installation
Qualifications
- Graduate from a premier institute in
Textile Design / Interior Design / Architecture (B.Arch)
. - 8+ years of experience
in textile design, home décor, or interior design. - Strong client management skills, preferably with exposure to
HNI clients
. - Ability to manage multiple sites
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
