Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager based in Pune. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, develop business strategies, and manage financial performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, analyzing market trends, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and identifying growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience, including at least
3 years in core B2C sales - Proven experience managing a sales team (10‑15 members)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work; must have a 2‑wheeler + valid driving license
- Bachelor's degree (business‑related / postgraduate preferred)
- Proactive, highly organized, able to work with minimal supervision
