Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned regions.
- Identify new business opportunities in infrastructure, plumbing, agriculture, and industrial piping segments.
- Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Manage pricing, negotiations, and order closures while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends to adapt strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership & Reporting
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of pipes, fittings, and related applications (HDPE, PVC, CPVC, UPVC, etc.).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the pipes or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage dealer/distributor networks and institutional sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Polymer Engineering or Graduate with MBA in Marketing/Sales.
Experience: Minimum 6-10 years in Sales & Marketing, with at least 4 years in the pipes industry.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Growth in dealer/distributor network.
- Customer satisfaction & retention.
- Market share expansion in targeted segments.
- Contribution to branding and marketing ROI.
