Business Manager/Business Development Manager

Sii India is looking for a Business Manager to drive the growth of our IT services business in India. Based in Pune, you will focus on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and creating opportunities across industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, and hi-tech among others.
If you are passionate about business development, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a strong track record of winning new business in the IT services sector, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping Sii India's expansion.
*Your tasks*
- Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients for Sii's IT services in India
- Driving end-to-end business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Building strong networks and relationships with decision-makers in target organizations
- Preparing and delivering impactful proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Collaborating with Sii Competency Centers and Delivery Teams to design winning solutions
- Leading activities in partnership with recruiting teams to fulfil client needs
- Overseeing delivery for acquired clients, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or consulting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, with preference for Business or IT-related fields
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts, with measurable sales achievements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Full proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the ability to craft and deliver impactful pitches
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and professionalism in execution with high energy, self-motivation, and resilience in achieving ambitious sales targets
- Availability to work onsite at our office in Pune, all 5 days per week
