Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an ambitious journey of building an organic FMCG brand from scratch to becoming a market leader. Reporting directly to the Directors, the CEO will oversee all facets of the business, driving growth, operational excellence, and brand prominence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a robust business strategy to establish the company as a leading organic FMCG brand.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including product innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
  • Drive a culture of innovation and customer-centricity across the organization.
Operational Management
  • Oversee all departments, including Production, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
  • Ensure the company operates with efficiency, high quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Set and achieve performance benchmarks across functions.
Brand Building
  • Lead efforts to create a strong, trusted, and recognizable organic brand.
  • Spearhead marketing and communication strategies to build market share and customer loyalty.
Financial Oversight
  • Ensure financial health and sustainability by driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Lead fundraising and investor relations initiatives if required.
  • Regularly report financial and operational performance to the Directors.
Team Leadership
  • Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
  • Implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract top talent.
Compliance and Sustainability
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
  • Promote sustainable and ethical business practices, reflecting the values of an organic FMCG brand.

  • Proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in an FMCG or organic product company, with demonstrable success in scaling businesses.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG sector, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong expertise in leading diverse teams, driving growth, and achieving profitability.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Passion for organic and sustainable products, with a commitment to promoting ethical business practices.
