EA to CEO

- Calendar and travel management: Manage the CEO's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements like flights and accommodations.
- Communication and liaison: Act as a primary point of contact, screen calls and emails, and liaise between the CEO and other departments, stakeholders, and executives.
- Document and presentation preparation: Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting coordination: Organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring the CEO is well-briefed with all necessary information.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and good judgment.
- Project and research support: Conduct research, compile data, and assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Office management: Maintain the executive office's filing system, manage expenses, and provide general administrative support.
Required skills and qualifications
- Professionalism and discretion: A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion is essential.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills: Must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to anticipate needs, provide strategic input, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Technical proficiency: Proficient in standard office software and other relevant tools.
- Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is often preferred, along with several years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
