Role & responsibilities
- Manage the Senior Leaders calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prioritize appointments, handle meeting conflicts, and ensure optimal time utilization.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
- Assist the Senior Leaders with dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
- Support execution of HR strategies, policies, and annual HR plans
- Act as the point of contact between CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate flow of information across the HR function.
- Assist in monitoring progress of HR projects such as engagement initiatives, PMS cycles, talent programs, audits, and HR digitization.
- Track action items from leadership reviews, town halls, and meetings.
- Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

- Support preparation of presentations for EXCO, Management Reviews, or Steering Committees.
- Maintain documentation for processes, project files, and confidential information.
