Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Director located in Chennai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing clerical and administrative tasks. Day-to-day activities will include diary management, providing executive administrative support, ensuring smooth operational coordination, and assisting in both professional and personal activities as required by the Director.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong skills in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
- Competency in general Clerical Skills and organizational support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
