
Personal Assistant To Managing Director

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations, strategic coordination, and travel management. This role demands discretion, agility, and exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless execution of executive tasks and stakeholder interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Management: Schedule, coordinate, and prepare for internal and external meetings; ensure timely follow-ups and action tracking.
- Communication Support: Draft professional emails, reports, and presentations; manage inbox and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Task Coordination: Monitor work status updates, follow through on delegated tasks, and ensure timely reporting to the MD.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, travel agencies, and other business associates.
- Travel Management: Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare executive summaries, presentations, and reports for meetings and reviews.
- Onsite & Offshore Support: Willingness to travel with the MD for business engagements and operational oversight.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Valid passport and readiness for travel.
