Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Client Understanding & Solution Design
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and learning objectives.
- Translate client briefs into effective learning solutions and programme designs.
- Ensure timely submission of learning design documents.
- Maintain high standards of client alignment and relevance in all designs.
2. Learning Design & Pedagogy
- Develop high-quality learning architectures aligned to adult-learning principles.
- Integrate experiential, blended, and innovative learning methodologies into programme designs.
- Conduct internal reviews to ensure design rigour and consistency.
3. Proposal Development & Winning Bids
- Create compelling proposals that clearly articulate design rationale and programme value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to competitive, design-led pitches.
4. Faculty Engagement & Briefing
- Identify and engage appropriate faculty for programme delivery.
- Conduct detailed faculty briefings to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Provide design support and collect faculty inputs for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate post-class observations and implement quality enhancements.
5. Programme Delivery & Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end programme coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure high participant satisfaction through quality delivery and operational excellence.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and schedules to ensure readiness before programme launch.
- Work closely with operations teams to maintain zero-error execution standards.
6. Quality, Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Collect, analyse, and document participant and client feedback for all programmes.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement and implement improvements systematically.
- Maintain programme quality dashboards and track improvement outcomes.
7. Thought Leadership & New Programme Development
- Contribute to development of new programme themes based on industry trends.
- Work with faculty and subject-matter experts to conceptualize new offerings.
- Support translation of new themes into proposals and client-ready formats.
- Contribute to raising overall programme ratings and innovation in executive education offerings.
