  • Ensure smooth Industrial Relations at the Raipur unit
  • Liaise with local trade unions and handle union negotiations and settlements
  • Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.)
  • Manage contract labour including contractor coordination, wage compliance, and statutory documentation
  • Address disciplinary issues, grievances, and employee disputes
  • Coordinate with local government and statutory bodies Labour Department, ESI, PF Office, Factory Inspector, etc.
  • Handle statutory audits and ensure timely submission of returns and registers
  • Lead employee engagement, welfare activities, and communication initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, HR practices, and Code of Conduct at the plant level
  • Support manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding of workers and staff
  • Maintain updated employee records and prepare HR/IR-related MIS and reports
  • Assist in implementation of productivity and cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide training on labour law compliance, discipline, safety, and skill development
  • Handle legal cases related to labour and industrial disputes in coordination with legal team
  • Foster a safe, productive, and compliant work environment
