Job Title: Nurse Assistant / General Duty Assistant (GDA)
Location: Almas Hospital, Malappuram
About Us:
Almas Hospital is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our patients. We are looking for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Nurse Assistants / GDAs to support our nursing staff and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and doctors in day-to-day patient care.
- Provide basic care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and moving patients.
- Support in maintaining hygiene and comfort of patients.
- Help in shifting and transporting patients within the hospital.
- Monitor and record vital signs as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness of patient surroundings and equipment.
- Assist in preparing patients for medical procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and report any concerns to the nursing team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- GDA / Nursing Assistant course certification (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hospital setting (freshers may also apply).
- Compassionate and patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of patient care and hospital protocols.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
