**Responsibilities**
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, suturing, and emergency interventions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:
5 year more experience preferred.
