
Staff Nurse

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vitals, and documenting patient progress
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans to meet specific patient needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care .
- Assist in the preparation and recovery of patients undergoing medical procedures or surgeries.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-hospital care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and assist in managing emergency situations.
- Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in hospital staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized institution.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a hospital
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Sound knowledge of hospital protocols, hygiene practices, and patient care guidelines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
- Registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
