Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their quality of life.
  • Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient rooms and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to patient calls for assistance and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing education to stay current with best practices in patient care.

Experience ( Male )

  • Previous experience as a Patient Care Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or completion of a Patient Care Technician training program is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
