We continue to provide exceptional care to both Indian and international patients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Kerala, India for an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to support the Chief Nursing Officer in managing the nursing operations. The ACNO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care across all nursing departments. The role involves leading and mentoring nursing staff, managing budgets, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will also be involved in policy formation and implementation, as well as contributing to continuous improvement projects within the nursing department. Additionally, the ACNO will assist in auditing, reporting, and contributing to strategic planning to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducational Qualification: BSc Nursing/GNM & MSc Nursing or Post Basic Nursing preferred.Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in senior nursing roles, with prior experience in a NABH-accredited hospital preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience in a large hospital setup is highly desirable.Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in healthcare regulations and standardsExperience in budget management and resource allocationExperience in developing and implementing nursing policiesCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesMaster's degree in Nursing or Healthcare AdministrationRegistered Nurse (RN) licensure (KNMC)
