Principal Duties and Responsibilities Monitor patient s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice Observe and interpret patient s symptoms and communicate them to physicians Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients Perform routine procedures vitals blood pressure measurements administering injections etc and fill in patients charts Adjust and manage patient s medication and provide treatments according to physician s orders Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety decontaminating equipment sanitizing surfaces preparing beds etc Provide instant medical care in emergencies Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support Resolve or report on patients needs or problems to the concerned authorities Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks Following all legal regulations and standards including BLS ACLS along with company policies from time to time Coordinating with Front Office for admissions discharges of patients Competent in operating all medical equipment s in the unit after completing competencies Assisting patients while shifting to other hospitals in case of emergency Assumes the responsibility in maintaining that all patients receive a systemic holistic and initial ongoing assessment of their physical emotional mental spiritual and phycological status specific to their age Adhere and implement all infection control policies and guide lines Communicate and document all relevant information as per the establishment standards Coordinate referrals and communication and other rehabilitative interventions Providing intravenous therapy competency as when required as directed by the physicians Skill of reporting any changes in patients condition Accurate in documentation and reporting Perform any other duties responsibilities delegated by the management Education Experience Minimum Qualification General Nursing and Midwifery GNM or ANM- Experienced - 5 year Above Bachelor of Science in Nursing B Sc Nursing - Job Type Full-time Pay 19 16 - 20 71 per day Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
