Utilizing data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to revolutionize the marketplace ecosystem, working to establish India's first MLS while expanding B2C platforms into market leaders.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Head located in Bengaluru. The Regional Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing regional operations, developing and executing business strategies, and driving sales growth. This role also involves managing regional budgets, leading and mentoring a team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Regional Head will work closely with senior management to align regional activities with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
