Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Daily tasks include identifying new market opportunities, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback to improve sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and relationship building
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales performance metrics
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
