Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented female Business Development Manager, who will drive growth through lead generation, client interaction, and relationship building. You'll be a strategic ambassador identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them through meaningful client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation / Prospecting

  • Generate and qualify new business leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Maintain and continuously grow a healthy, structured sales pipeline in the CRM.

2.Client Meetings & Relationship Building

  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs through insightful questioning and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

3.Negotiate terms, handle contract discussions, and work closely with internal teams for finalization.
