Our client is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager, who would be responsible for improving business & ensuring smooth Procure to Pay(P2P) cycle for sellers. In this role, you will identify and execute deals with merchants and expand the sourcing base.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment & also work across brand stores to utilize other products and services to create new and powerful value propositions for these merchants.

Role Responsibilities

  • Seller Management: Manage existing seller accounts, Grow and develop sales and profitability.
  • Relationship Management: To create strong partnership with nominated partners in terms of Business,

    Listings, Supply, Logistics & ensuring the full cycle of
  • Inventory Management: Close coordination with S&OP teams & suppliers to ensure right stocks at the

    right time at the right place.
  • Pricing: Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Sourcing: Spend significant time in the field & closely work with sourcing teams to deliver products with

    quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • New Launches: Identify and fill product gaps to generate new ideas that grow market share, improve

    customer experience and drive growth for the seller accounts.
  • Competition & Industry Analysis: Understanding market dynamics & plugging-in the gaps required via

    existing or new key accounts

    Desired Skills and Competencies
  • Proven working experience in Ecommerce Industry, Category & Seller management.
  • Self-Motivated individual who can travel to understand Manufacturing & Product technically.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in category.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
