Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce. The Key Account Manager will manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, develop and execute business plans, perform customer service tasks, and leverage analytical skills to drive account growth. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills
- Experience in Business Planning and Customer Service
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the quick commerce or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
