Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM), Business Development Executive (BDE), Business Development Associate (BDA) Location: Gopalpura, Jaipur Experience: BDM - 2 to 5 years; BDE - 1 to 3 years; BDA - 0 to 2 years Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full -time Salary Range: BDM - 20k to 50k; BDE - 15k to 35k; BDA - 10k to 25k Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results -driven individuals to lead our growth initiatives in three key roles: Business Development Manager (BDM), Business Development Executive (BDE), and Business Development Associate (BDA). The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, leading the business development team (for BDM), and driving strategies that lead to deal closures and sustainable business growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager (BDM): Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. Generate high -quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Client Relationship & Management: Build and maintain strong, long -lasting customer relationships. Serve as the point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the business development team. Set clear objectives and ensure team alignment with company goals. Deal Closure: Drive the sales process from initial contact to final deal closure. Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client expectations and company goals. Business Growth: Identify and execute growth opportunities in new and existing markets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions. Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns. Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and profitability. Business Development Executive (BDE): Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels including online platforms, social media, and networking events. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly communicate our product/service offerings. Proposal Writing: Prepare detailed proposals and business presentations tailored to client needs. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long -term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Product Demonstration: Conduct effective demonstrations and walkthroughs of products/services to potential clients to illustrate value and fit. Follow -up & Conversion: Engage with leads through follow -ups, emails, and meetings to ensure smooth conversion from prospect to client. Business Development Associate (BDA): Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's offerings. Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.). Deliver compelling product and service demonstrations to prospective clients. Prepare and write detailed and persuasive business proposals. Draft professional emails to communicate effectively with clients and prospects. Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads and interactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Note: Candidate must have prior experience in IT sales. Budget will be the same not extend.
