We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Credentialist to support the credentialing process for healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be well-organized, and have prior experience working night shifts aligned with US hours. This role involves handling documentation, verifying credentials, coordinating with providers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, verifying, and processing credentialing documents for healthcare providers.
  • Communicate with providers and facilities to gather required information and clarify documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing records in internal databases and systems.
  • Ensure all credentials meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.
  • Track license renewals, expirations, and compliance deadlines.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support senior credentialing staff in audits and quality checks.
  • Prepare reports or status updates as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in credentialing or healthcare administration.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working night shifts aligned with US time zones is required.
  • Basic knowledge of credentialing processes or healthcare terminology is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
