**Role Description**
This is a full-time, remote role for a Payroll Reporting Specialist - ADP Workforce Now. The role involves supporting US PACIFIC time zone with 4 hours overlap ie. upto 12 to 12.30AM IST. You will maintain and run standard payroll reports, develop custom extracts on demand, and partner with internal and client stakeholders—translating their requirements into timely, accurate, and actionable dashboards and narratives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain & execute existing ADP Workforce Now payroll reports on a regular cadence, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements for ad-hoc and custom payroll reporting needs.
- Design, build and deploy custom reports in ADP Workforce Now—leveraging report writer, filters, and user-defined fields—to meet “quick-turn” management requests.
- Extract, validate, and transform large payroll datasets into clear summaries, dashboards, and slide decks.
- Communicate findings and insights in structured presentations and written narratives for executive and client review.
- Collaborate with payroll operations, IT and client partners to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement continuous improvement.

**Mandatory Credentials**
- 3-5 years’ hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including standard and custom report development.
- Proven track record of delivering rapid-turnaround, management-ready payroll reports under tight deadlines.
- Direct experience interacting with client partners or senior leadership to elicit and refine reporting requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data visualization).

**Other Credentials**
- Strong analytical mindset and process-improvement orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- ADP Workforce Now certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
