We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to lead our outreach initiatives with colleges and universities. The role primarily involves establishing partnerships with educational institutions to organize orientation programs, seminars, webinars, and workshops aimed at student engagement and brand building.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Relationship Building:

Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and academic institutions for potential collaboration.

Build and maintain strong relationships with college TPOs (Training and Placement Officers), HODs, deans, and student coordinators.

Program Coordination:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate orientation sessions, awareness programs, campus drives, and related student-focused events.

Ensure smooth execution of programs in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Marketing & Promotion:

Share proposals, presentations, and promotional material with target institutions.

Follow up with colleges to convert leads into successful events or partnerships.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

Actively generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.

Maintain and update CRM tools or spreadsheets for outreach tracking and performance analysis.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align event goals with the company's objectives.

Provide feedback and insights to improve offerings based on college and student responses.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel for in-person college visits, if required.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in education marketing, college outreach, or event coordination.

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Fluent in English and regional languages (as per target region).

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
